Functions and Events

Thank you for considering City Beer Hall to host your private event/function. We are pleased to offer several private dining options and drink spaces. We can host a 250 guest drinks party to a special dinner for 8 through to various after works drinks and bar snack from 10 - 75 colleagues.

Drink Expenditure Options

  • Option 1: Bar Tab – Drinks on consumption - secured by a credit card on the bar ( drinks can be nominated ie cocktail, draft beer, wine, spirits and soft drink)

  • Option 2: Bar Tab – Nominated drinks amount. (drinks can be nominated ie cocktail, draft beer, wine, spirits and soft drinks) Our staff will give you notice when the amount is to expire giving you the option to top up if you wish.

  • Option 3: Bar Tab – Prepaid nominated amount (types of drinks are nominated by you ie cocktails, draft beer, wine, spirits and soft drink etc)

  • Option 4: Cash Bar –  Guests pay for their own drinks

Cold Served Canapés (1 Per Head)

  • Ham and Brie Toastini with balsamic glaze

  • Cherry tomato and Bocconcini Skewers with Fresh Basil

  • Mixed Sushi (includes a vegetarian option)

  • Grilled Zucchini. Bocconcini and Goats cheese skewer

  • Bruschetta

  • Roast Beef Toastini

 
Warm Served Canapés (1 Per Head)

  • Crumbed Mushroom

  • Vegetable Arancini

  • Teriyaki Beef Skewers

  • Ham and Cheese croquets

  • Mixed Gourmet Pizza (includes a vegetarian option)

  • Puffed pastry with basil pesto and cherry tomato

  • Chicken meatball with mint yoghurt

 
Cocktail Style Main (1 Per Head)

  • Creamy Mushroom Risotto

  • Butter Chicken served with Jasmin Rice

  • Pulled pork sliders

  • Beef Sliders

  • Salt and Pepper Squid

Beer Hall High Table Alcoves

Our high table alcoves can

host 8 guests seated or

12 guests standing.

Round High Tables

​

Our round high tables can seat 

12 guests or 16 standing,  or combine two round tables with 24 seated or 32 standing.

Oblong Table Large

​

Our large oblong tables can host

12 guests seated or 16 guests standing.

Oblong Table Small

​

Our small oblong tables hold up to 8 guest seated or 12 standing.

Beer Hall Long Tables Bar

​

Our long tables can hold up to 

12 guests seated and with table extension up to 18 seated with 

20 guests standing. 

Grouped Beer Hall Long Tables

​

We can group 2 tables to create seating for 24 or 30 standing. Alternatively we can group 3 tables to seat 36 or 40 standing.

Exclusive Use of Rear Dining Area

​

This area combines the spaces along the back of the Beer Hall and can be cordoned off for private use and serviced by an 8 metre bar.

​

From 36 and up 72 seated guests or 130 guests for a standing reception on the flow.

City Beer Hall Full Venue Closure

​

Full beer hall and bar access. Full privatization of venue. Multiple entertainment options ranging from DJs, bands, interactive entertainment.


250 guests service by the largest island bar in the Perth CBD.


130 Seated with standing reception area around the central island bar prior to dinner.
